Albert Cowell - Aberdovey, Wales, 1956

my course was tough along with the teacher we had to run a mile or so then a cold shower 7am every morning 2 days away in a fishing boat also 2 days in the hills washing in the streams no weather gear no health and safety then got hurt or wet tough, boat work rope work spliceing and sails sports do it over again but in 1956 not todays course my challenge was to complete the course then joind the blue funnell line
